Inspired by fire as one the earliest sources of proximal lightning that fosters human intimacy and connection. The intention is to capture the multi-sensorial experience of a flickering candle that we believe taps into a primal part of our beings coming from our ancestors. The soft and supple glow contained within these contraptions is meant to invite the viewer into space. As the light gently traverses the wires, we are drawn closer to share the comforting embrace that the shadows provide. Much like the gentle glow of candlelight, that evokes a palpable sense of togetherness and warmth. In this intimate setting, each ring of light creates movement that invites us to absorb the atmosphere and create close relations among people.
