Music has been a universal means of expression throughout time. In this piece, fiber optics and wire mimic sound waves to visually demonstrate the qualities of music and the connections among the different instruments, creating a "symphony". The lights also project onto the wall and appear to dance as they change color. This piece features brass, string, and percussion elements, emphasizing how music can be created from so many sources and comes together beautifully. All the instruments used in the creation of this piece were found second-hand to further the idea that music extends through time for all to hear.
